PERSONNEL SELECTION and PRESENTATION

While effective methods and tools applicable in selecting proper personnel are implemented on case basis in line with the business requirement:

  • The consultants, together with the customer, interview, with the candidates selected by the customer upon request.
  • The references of the final candidates about their historical performance are reported to the customer.
  • Comments of the consultant after the first interview made with the final candidates are reported to the customer.
  • Orientation process, job definition and performance criteria of the candidates to be employed are presented to the customer.
  • Salespro contributes in selecting the candidates presented by the company (It does not act as intermediary for Public Employment Agency.)
